Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Data

• name;
• contact details: Telegram/WhatsApp username or number, email address, phone number;
• project details I provide: type, stage, budget, timeline, description, attached file;
• AI chat messages and voice recordings;
• technical data: visitor ID, submission page, referrer, UTM tags, time zone, device type.

2. Purposes

• contacting me about my request;
• discussing the project, preparing an estimate and an offer;
• replying to me in the AI chat, including by voice;
• keeping a record of requests and analysing the Site's effectiveness.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure to processors, pseudonymisation, restriction, erasure and destruction — with or without automated means.

4. International transfers

I explicitly consent to transfers of my data to the Controller's processors: a hosting provider (the Netherlands), Telegram (notifications to the Controller), OpenRouter, Inc. and AI model providers (USA) for the AI chat. I have been informed that some of these countries may not ensure a level of data protection equivalent to the EU or Russia.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are fulfilled, but no longer than 3 years after the last interaction, or until withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time by emailing kukarkin1993@icloud.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. After withdrawal, the Controller stops processing and deletes the data within 10 business days unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that I am at least 16 years old (or consent is given by my legal guardian), and that the data I provide is mine or I am entitled to share it.
